48th Special BCS Exam Results Published

The results of the written examination for the 48th Special BCS, organized to recruit three thousand doctors, have been published. The results were released on Sunday night (July 20), with 5,206 candidates successfully passing.

Out of the total successful candidates, 4,695 have passed for the BCS (Health) Assistant Surgeon post, and 511 have passed for the BCS (Health) Assistant Dental Surgeon post.

The written (MCQ-type) examination for the 48th Special BCS was held on Friday (July 18). A total of 41,025 candidates participated in this examination.

It is understood that 41,025 candidates applied to take this exam, which aims to recruit three thousand doctors. This means approximately 14 candidates competed for each vacant position.

Furthermore, the PSC (Public Service Commission) has announced that oral examinations will be arranged swiftly following the publication of these results.

The commission stated that the list of selected candidates will be published on September 22. Through this process, 2,700 assistant surgeons and 300 assistant dental surgeons will be recruited.
