6 More Members Appointed to PSC

To accelerate its operations, six more members have been appointed to the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC).

According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Thursday, January 2, the appointments have been confirmed.

The newly appointed members are:

• Professor Dr. Shahnaz Sarkar
• Md. Munir Hossain
• Brigadier General (Retd.) Dr. A.F. Jaglul Ahmed
• Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman
• Sabbir Ahmed Chowdhury
• Professor Dr. Syeda Shahina Sobhan

 

With these new appointments, the total number of PSC members has increased to 14. Earlier, the government had appointed 8 members in two phases.
